First meeting of the SWL Primary Care Co-commissioning Joint Committee
In April 2015, the six South West London Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), with NHS England took on the responsibility of commissioning Primary Care services in south west London together, as part of a Primary Care joint co-commissioning arrangement .
The South West London Primary Care Co-commissioning Joint Committee has been set up to oversee this joint commissioning function and is meeting for the first time this week.
The meeting will take place as follows;

Thursday 14th May 2015 – 3:30PM to 5PM

Membership of the committee includes representatives from Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS England, all six south west London Healthwatch organisations, the six South West London Local Authority Health and Wellbeing Boards and the London and Surrey & Sussex Local Medical Councils (LMCs).
The role of the Joint Committee is to carry out the functions relating to the commissioning of primary care medical services in south west London. Those marked with * indicated a voting member.
This meeting does not relate to the five year strategy for south west London and is not a meeting of South West London Collaborative Commissioning. It is to discuss the co-commissioning of primary care services in South West London.
The joint committee is being held in public and members of the public are invited to attend.
