The local digital roadmap for south west London
The Local Digital Roadmap sets out our vision for digital technology in South West London, and our ambitious plans for the digitally-enabled transformation of local health and care services.
It responds to the initiatives contained in our SWL Sustainability and Transformation Plan, setting out our ambitions for how digital technology can support the health and care system in SWL to become clinically and financially sustainable.
It is a strategic document developed with input from CCGs, providers and local authorities across SWL, which are also responsible for developing detailed local plans aligned with the Roadmap. The plans within the Roadmap may change in the future as further clarity about funding digital technologies, and the specific requirements of STP initiatives, emerge.
