NHS111 Telephone Service – Survey
We wanted to hear from people who live within south west London and who have used the NHS111 telephone service to hear what currently works well and what could be improved.
We developed a survey with the SWL Alliance, Integrated Urgent Care Team which was sent out to our local networks, including patient representatives, Healthwatch and the Community and Voluntary Sector.
We also promoted the survey across south west London via Twitter and Facebook.
Colleagues from Croydon, Merton, Kingston, Sutton, Richmond and Wandsworth CCGs circulated the survey to their local networks, patient representatives and via social media.
Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group used their “#Where’sBrucetoday?” campaign, to share the survey via Twitter and Facebook.
The survey was open from Thursday 20th December 2018 until Thursday 31st January 2019. We had a total of 176 responses and a feedback report including next steps will be produced shortly.
The findings from the survey will also be shared with the south west London Integrated Urgent Care Board and the south west London Integrated Urgent Care Patient Representative group.
