NHS 111 First Toolkit – Kingston and Richmond
Patients in Kingston and Richmond with an urgent, but not life-threatening, health problem are being encouraged to contact 111 first if they think they need to go to Emergency Department (A&E).
NHS 111 is now able to book same day appointments in the Emergency Department (A&E) at Kingston Hospital.
To ensure we’re reaching the working age adult population in Kingston and Richmond, we’ve designed a range of multi-media assets which educate the local residents and encourage behaviour change.
This toolkit contains a variety of assets, as part of the communications mix.
If you need any further data or information, please get in touch with our team at pressoffice@swlondon.nhs.uk or call 020 3458 5379.
