OneLondon: joining up information for direct care

As London continues to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic, being able to provide fast, safe, effective care to our populations is at the top of all our agendas. Providing frontline staff and health and care professionals with joined-up information via the London Care Record is key to this.

Please find a communications toolkit below on behalf of the OneLondon Level 1 workstream.

This communications toolkit provides a consistent set of resources, designed to support communications and engagement with frontline staff and health and care professionals. It aims to raise awareness of the London Care Record (and how it builds on existing local shared care records), why it’s useful and the benefits of using it. Our ultimate aim is to encourage this target audience to access and use the London Care Record to support direct care.

Thank you in advance for sending this to your health and care networks, particularly during such a busy time.
