Sarah Blow, Senior Responsible Officer, South West London Health and Care Partnership
“I’ve worked for the NHS for over 25 years and am privileged to be part of an institution that has delivered so much to so many for the past 70 years. Throughout my time in the NHS I have been impressed by the hard work and commitment of our staff.
“We are working together to plan and deliver excellent services to the people we serve and as senior responsible officer for the South West London Health and Care Partnership, I’m working with all of our partners including our six CCGs, local authorities, NHS providers and the voluntary sector, to improve the health and wellbeing of the people who live in our boroughs.
“One of my key priorities for the Partnership is looking at how we improve children and young people’s mental health – by building resilience and by improving access to services for those who need support. Our young people should feel involved in developing the services that they use – so we’re putting their views at the heart of our work.
“South west London is a special place for me, I’ve lived here all my life so I’m incredibly passionate about making it a great place for people to live and work – particularly in health and social care roles.
“The efforts of those that deliver, administrate, transform and plan our services at all levels are an inspiration to me. Thousands of people have chosen to dedicate their time to caring for and improving the health of others, I cannot help but feel proud to work alongside such a great team.”
